4-Week back to running program

This is a 4-week program to take you from your foundational exercises into running/impact. You should have completed either my 12-week floor, core, and glutes program (or something similar) prior to thinking of returning to running after having a baby or pelvic surgery. You should have a good base of strength and function in your pelvic floor, core, and glutes before starting this program.


If you do not yet have this base, then please complete my 12-week floor, core, and glutes program first or see a women's health physiotherapist.
